Sometimes Less Is More

A couple of items of note...Michelle Malkin on The View this morning was something to see. She is a powerhouse and just leaves people in her wake...just ask Matt Lauer and now Joy Behar.

On an unrelated note, I came across this story concerning a very chilling, recent incidence of Christian persecution in Pakistan. A good friend of mine recently noted a shirt they saw that said, "Science flies you to the moon; Religion flies planes into buildings." It's a sad but accurate commentary on the world we live in today. The silver lining in this cloud is that in these times, Christians have the immense opportunity to show off a living, breathing Savior who loved this world enough to die for it. I pray the Lord steels all of us Chrsitians around the world in these uneven times. We need His strength now more than ever.

Open Our Eyes

Just wanted to share something with all of you.

The link below is to a series of blogposts from a team of young people that recently went to the African country of Rwanda. What has happened there within the last 10-15 years is staggering beyond words. Despite the incomprehensible cruelty of men hell-bent on committing all manner of evil, it is very apparent that God's great power is on display in those whose lives have been spared.

I hope everyone that comes across this post takes the time to read the blog entries. I hope it stirs something in you as it has in me.

Be blessed today.
